Teratutors Refund Policy

We understand the cost of college can be difficult for many students. Thanks to our convenient payment plans, you can use our services for your online classes and be guaranteed of good grades, all without handing over your entire paycheck to us. We offer affordable payment plans to fit your budget, splitting up your payments and making them easier on your wallet and your nerves. Plus, if youíre not fully satisfied with the services you receive from us and we donít earn you grade A or B on the work we do, youíll receive a full refund. We take pride in our work, and so should you.

Refund Eligibility & Policy:

  1. I. When your exam or Online Class is cancelled But you had made the first Payament
  2. II. When An exam or Assignment is delivered late
  3. III. Change of mind. If you change your mind and no longer need our help
  4. III. Poor Grades. If your exam or online class is completed by our tutor and gets a Failing Grade


Kindly confirm your class or Exam (to check if all criteria match as per your order).
-For Exams, Refund will be done immedieltly we confirm your claim. No expiry date for this
-For online classes we request that you keep checking your weekly performance . We usually accept installent payment either weekly or biweekly . So where you feel the tutor is not capable of continuing with your class, let us know immedielty to avoid poor grades at the end. The reason for this is that we usually release the funds to our experts on a monthly basis making it difficult to get a full refund at the end of the class.
-Note: We do not accept Refunds for Exams where there is no proof of the grades . When making claim , Take screenshots of the grades and attached that to the email or to our live chat below.

Steps to follow when Asking for a Refund

1.)Notify Teratutors preferably within 7 days of your exam completion. This can be done through Our email OR
2. )You will need to explain the reason why you are asking for a refund based on the eligibilty factors shown in the first paragraph.
3.) Make to include proof of the work done either through attaching screenshots or giving the class logins
4.) After that quality evaluation, we will notify you by email or with a status update on whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
5.) On approval, refunds are directed back through same payment mode used for the order repayment
